Duties

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.

Check guests in and out efficiently while ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded.

Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, including tidying up brochures, business cards, and other materials.

Coordinate with housekeeping management to ensure rooms are clean and ready for incoming guests.

Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed.

Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.

Support the custodial team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel premises.

Perform basic floor care tasks as required to ensure a pristine environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.

Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is advantageous.

Knowledge of custodial or industrial cleaning methods is a plus.

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
