MARKETING MANAGER

OBJECTIVE

Support the sixstepsrecords team and artists by carrying out marketing and digital media strategy, tasks and coordination of projects in a consistent, accurate and timely manner. The Marketing Manager will lead ideation and execution across all facets of marketing - digital, experiential, and strategic partnerships - ensuring cohesive storytelling and impactful audience engagement for sixsteps artists. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models initiative, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ideate and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns that integrate digital, experiential, media and partnership strategies

Oversee social media coordination for all sixsteps artists

Consistently brainstorm, implement, and evaluate new ideas for fresh social media content

Communicate with team and artists on schedule and upcoming relevant needs

Liaise with Passion/Passion City Church Communications team for all marketing and communication efforts

Coordinate with promoters and team for all tour and event marketing efforts, including both digital and on-the-ground activations

Liaise with Capitol CMG digital team for all marketing and communication efforts

Liaise with Passion/Passion City Church Communications team for all marketing and communication efforts

Oversee all artist and label websites and social media platforms (SEO, analytics, updates)

Manage email lists

Research, design, and send emails for campaigns

Regularly aggregate and send reports to team and artists (marketing + social media reports etc)

Initiate and implement interactive and experiential marketing strategies that deepen audience engagement

Create and oversee ad campaigns across multiple platforms

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent band messaging across all touchpoint

Bachelor's degree with marketing experience.
