Support the review of transfer agency functions outsourced to service providers for closed-ended private markets funds across all jurisdictions. Examine capital call, distribution and product closing calculations for accuracy and compliance with the funds' constituent agreements. Assist the monitoring of the service providers' performance against established benchmarks, service level agreements and key performance indicators. Support questions raised from fund management, investors, banks and third-party transfer agents. Serve as a signatory for payment authorizations. Perform payment reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. Work with

transfer agency functions in closed-ended private markets funds;

private equity cash operations; ensuring that all product closings, capital calls and distribution notices are issued in accordance with funds' constituent agreements and regulatory guidelines;

funding capital calls and distributions for investments;

reconciliation on unfunded commitments of investments;

WallStreet Suite system;

eFront tool; and,

Swift messaging tool.

Requirements**: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field of study, plus three (3) years of experience with transfer agency functions in closed-ended private markets funds; private equity fund cash operations; funding capital calls and distributions for investments; reconciliation on unfunded commitments of investments; WallStreet Suite system; eFront tool; and, Swift messaging tool.
