We are currently seeking a qualified and dependableReceiving/Inventory Associateto join our warehouse operations team. This role is critical to maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the efficient receipt and handling of goods. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following:

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments

Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations

Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals

Work independently to resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure data accuracy

Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits

Required Qualifications:

Forklift experience (certification preferred)

Demonstrated experience in inventory control and receiving operations

Familiarity with warehouse operations

Proficiency in computer systems and ERP software

Solid skills in Microsoft Excel

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Proven ability to work both independently and as a team player

Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy is a requirement.
