[Responsibilities:

High Volume Insurance Offices

_ Must Be willing to Move from one office to another within reasonable distance

Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner

Enter and update customer information in the database accurately

Analyze customer accounts to[identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide additional support

Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy

Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a must

Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

Multilingual abilities are highly valued
