openings for the position of Management Analyst

which requires a U.S. master's degree in Business Administration,

Management, or a related field.

Duties: Responsible for gathering the organizational information and organizing it based on the problem that needs to be solved, and various procedures are followed to be improved. Confer a newly implemented system with concerned personnel. The newly implemented systems and procedures are discussed with the team to ensure that it is functioning successfully or to coordinate the business operations. Analyze the business or financial data by identifying the economic characteristics in the first place and determining the value of the firm. Setting the financial policies and identifying the long-term economic trends of the project or companies. The proper documentation needs to be prepared for the findings of the study and research reports. Preparation of recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes. Plan study of work problems and procedures. The organizational problems and procedures are studied with the proper plan, which includes organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis. Prepare and create procedure manuals and policies to train workers based on the organizational objectives. Doing proper planning so that the purpose of the manual training is fulfilled and providing required information to the employees. Responsible for reviewing the forms and preparing the reports. The prepared reports need to be discussed with the management team about the form, distribution, and purpose. The problems are identified, and improvement is based on the appropriate alternatives. Developing and Implementing a records management program and responsible for managing the project records. Following various policies and procedures for records creation and managing, storing, retrieving, and disposing of all the records properly. Doing pre-analysis of the project and subsequently designing, evaluating, recommending, and approving changes to forms and reports.
