Oswego Industries, Inc located in Fulton, NY is looking for a full time C&S Custodian for a position in Syracuse, NY

Full job description We are seeking a reliable Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain restrooms, floors (sweep, mop, vacuum, strip/buff/wax as scheduled), windows, walls, furniture, and workspaces

Empty trash and recycling; replace liners

Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and special cleaning tasks as assigned

Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies

Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and chemical handling

Report maintenance issues, incidents, or concerns promptly

Overtime as required; other duties as assigned

Evening Custodian Duties May Include:

Facility inspections after business hours

Completion of scheduled services not possible during the day

Communication with morning staff and supervisors

Qualifications:

Custodial or grounds experience preferred

Ability to work independently and safely use cleaning equipment

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

Valid drivers license preferred; reliable transportation required

Work Environment: Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, heat, and cleaning chemicals.

Pay: $17.50 per hour
