Key Responsibilities Fitness and Wellness Programming: Design and deliver diverse fitness and wellness programs. Evaluate program effectiveness continually. Coordinate workshops, events, and wellness fairs. Instructing: Conduct classes for all fitness levels: aerobics, cardio, strength, and more. Mentor participants with personalized fitness plans. Train interns and volunteers in safe exercise techniques. Marketing/Media: Develop captivating content for newsletters and promotional materials. Recordkeeping & Equipment: Maintain program equipment and oversee safety protocols. Ensure cleanliness and compliance with fitness center policies. Professional Development: Pursue ongoing training to understand older adults\' needs.
