Carpenter Apprentice

Pay: $16.00 -- $21.00 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Carpenter Apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1--4 years of carpentry or construction experience and a strong desire to continue learning the trade. This position is perfect for someone who wants to grow their skills in residential construction and remodeling while working alongside experienced professionals.

Duties:

Assist in constructing, installing, and repairing wood structures and fixtures.

Support framing, siding, roofing, and remodeling projects.

Learn to read and follow blueprints and project specifications.

Assist with concrete forming, basic masonry, and finishing work as needed.

Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.

Maintain clean and organized job sites.

Complete daily project log entries and checklists using mobile app tools.

Follow written and verbal instructions and communicate clearly with team members.

Arrive on time with reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.

Experience & Skills:

1--4 years of carpentry or general construction experience required.

Basic understanding of construction tools, materials, and job site safety.

Eagerness to learn and grow within the trade.

Ability to follow directions, take feedback, and work as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.

Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
