Oversee the budgeting process for all departments, ensuring accurate forecasting of revenue, costs, headcount, and operational expenses. Provide financial guidance for strategic decision-making.

Manage cash flow and safeguard company assets, develop financial models for risk assessment, scenario analysis, and business forecasts to support new business opportunities and potential partnerships.

Develop and monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to track financial performance, operational efficiency, and growth metrics, providing regular reports to management for informed decision-making.

Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team, board, and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial guidelines.

Create an analytical framework to assess business performance, using financial and operational data to identify trends and offer actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Support business development negotiations with key partners by building and managing detailed financial models, including forecasting for potential deals, partnerships, and mergers or acquisitions (MandA).

Manage relationships with stakeholders, including board members, investors, and potential partners, providing insights into capital markets, budgeting, and strategic opportunities for expansion.

Supervise the financial team, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance management, ensuring that the team is aligned with company goals and operates efficiently.

Evaluate financial reporting systems and procedures, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance accounting practices, financial controls, and compliance.

Identify and assess market trends to provide critical insights to the executive team, advising on potential impacts to financial strategy and business operations.

Complete ad-hoc financial projects, including financial modeling for specific scenarios such as revenue retention, unit economics, and user engagement analyses, to support executive decision-making.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or related.

1 year of experience in job offer, financial analyst or related occupations.

Experience in financial management, including cash flow oversight, budget preparation and analysis, cost reduction strategies, and ensuring proper coding and alignment of financial

transactions.

Experience in financial reporting and supervising administrative tasks.

Experience working in ERP system Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) or related programs.

35% domestic and International travel required.
