Position Summary

The Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent provides high-level administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Superintendents Office. This position serves as a key liaison between the Superintendent, the Board of Trustees, district staff, external agencies, and the public. The role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage confidential information.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure the efficient daily operation of the Superintendents Office.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Superintendent and the Board of Trustees.

Coordinate and assist with Board of Trustees meetings, including preparation of agendas, materials, and official records.

Support the administration of Board elections and related processes.

Manage confidential information with a high degree of integrity and discretion.

Serve as a primary point of contact for district employees, outside agencies, and members of the public.

Maintain accurate records, correspondence, and documentation in accordance with district policies and procedures.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support central office operations.
