SUMMARY OF DUTIES:Process transactions regarding Equipment Inventory and Work Orders involving all equipment utilized by El Valle Canteen. Prepares daily and weekly reporting of required reports for various departments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

Balance and submit El Valle Canteen daily deposit

Maintain weekly vending Over-Short reporting

Create/Post SVC route inventory daily

Generate daily vending audit report

Submit weekly vending Payroll for El Valle Canteen

Setup new accounts and closed lost accounts

Install and remove equipment in both Seed and VIP

Keep track of eports in SeedPro and SeedLive

Complete daily deposit report

Run machine and enter work orders alerts daily

Run monthly reports for Omar

a. EV truck market report

b. Warehouse inventory by valuation

c. Branch spoils

d. Products received by branch

Post end of month and run commission report for Erika

Email customer commission statements

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma

Additional Education, a Plus

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Must have exceptional organizational and human relations skills.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Knowledge of Routing Accounting Software VIP, Preferred, but not required.

Knowledge of Cantaloupe Vending Software, Preferred, but not required.
