The Pre-Kit Employee will be responsible for reading orders and filling them into crates by machine and route, or pallets by route.

The right candidate will be highly motivated, self-starter, and driven to be accurate and efficient in the use of their time.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process snack and drink orders.

Keep work area free from trash to ensure employee safety.

Help restock deliveries of new product.

Maintain an acceptable level of production.

Maintain proper inventory levels on pick line to minimize down time.

Perform product rotation to ensure freshness.

Ensuring the quality of the products comply with the food safety norms and standards.

Follows all safety operations, and company regulations.

Performs other functions or duties as directed by management in line with the objectives of Oneta Company.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be at least 21 years of age.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Pass the required drug test and physical capabilities test.

Pass the required background checks.

Obtain forklift certification within 30 days.

Possess a strong work ethic.

Ability to use hand held device.

Time Management Skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

WORKING AND ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS

Extreme wet, hot and cold weather conditions.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Lift and pull up to 25 pounds, repeatedly.

Walking, standing, bending, stooping, reaching, pulling.

Drive forklift.
