Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic and passionate Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join our litigation team, handling personal injury cases through all stages, including pre-litigation, discovery, and trial. You will represent plaintiffs in a variety of injury claims including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and other negligence-based claims.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage caseload of personal injury matters from intake through verdict or settlement.

Take and defend depositions, including expert and medical witnesses.

Prepare clients and witnesses for testimony.

Represent clients in court for motion hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.

Develop litigation and trial strategies in collaboration with team members.

Negotiate settlements and evaluate case value with clients.

Maintain regular client communication and provide legal counsel throughout the case.

Comply with all legal standards and ethics.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

An active bar license and eligibility to work in Utah

Energetic and willing to conduct jury or bench trials.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.

Ability to handle caseload and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Experience with case management software.

A strong client service orientation.
