On-Site HR Coordinatorto join our team and serve as the key HR point of contact for employee relations.

Position Summary: As the On-Site HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, focusing on employee relations. You will work closely with both our internal staffing team and client leadership to ensure smooth employee relations, attendance tracking, and compliance with staffing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main HR liaison for employees through agency.

Track employee attendance, performance, and timekeeping records.

Address employee questions and concerns with professionalism and discretion.

Assist with disciplinary actions, terminations, and conflict resolution.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files and records.

Coordinate with the client to ensure workforce needs are being met.

Support compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

Participate in weekly reporting, audits, and process improvements.

Requirements:

Prior experience in HR or staffing coordination, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Bilingual in English/Spanish is a strong plus.
