JOB TITLE: Solutions Director

LOCATION: 4055 Valley View Lane, Suite 1000, Dallas, TX 75244

DUTIES: Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand business and key objectives. Design and architect supply chain solutions best meeting client requirements based on company capabilities with inventory, supply and demand models and value analysis. Develop solution proposals and design profitable plans to define future processes, facilitate data integration, and deliver value and customer satisfaction. Support pre-sales activities including systems architecture, data integration, demand and supply forecasting models, inventory optimization models, and network designs. Configure and deliver partner and customer demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions. Perform hands-on modeling and implementation of supply chain solutions including data modeling, algorithm tuning, forecast modeling, inventory modeling, and integration development. Test and analyze programs to ensure designed performance is achieved. Support go-live process and promote solutions adoption. Manage development and reporting, ensuring requested functionality is delivered on schedule through use of development methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid). Domestic travel and periodic international travel.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Solution Architect, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 6 years of experience in the following: end-to-end supply chain concepts and models, across inbound and outbound distribution, procurement, inventory management, demand forecasting, and replenishment planning; management experience; general consulting, including team facilitation and business case development; ability to analyze product functional issues and come up with feasible resolutions referencing appropriate forecast models of demand and supply with financial impacts; software design and implementation using both waterfall and agile methodologies; sales and consulting for enterprise solutions; business analysis, process mapping, problem solving, implementation, change management, and support. 20% domestic travel to various to be determined client offices, with occasional international travel.
