Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Process Accounts Receivable

Process invoicing of shipments daily

Prepare commercial invoices as needed

Process daily cash receipts

Process credit card transactions

Respond to customer and intra-company inquiries

Generate required reports

Collect on overdue customer accounts

Maintain tax exemption files

Provide Administrative Support

Maintain weekly cash position report

Bank deposits as required

Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

Associates degree in Accounting or 2 years bookkeeping experience

Data entry proficiency

Proficiency with MS Excel

Experience with accounting module in ERP software

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Full-time days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Travel

Work environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and other office equipment. This role may occasionally use hand tools or power tools. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
