Ogletree Deakins is seeking an experienced Of Counsel attorney to join our renowned business immigration team. Ogletree Deakins is an international law firm with 59 offices throughout North America and Europe. We have one of the largest business immigration practices in the United States; our immigration practice group consists of experienced and dedicated immigration lawyers and paralegals who work with domestic and international corporations and businesses in developing appropriate strategies to facilitate the international transfer of skilled employees. As Of Counsel in our immigration practice group, you will leverage your expertise to act as a strategic partner to clients by advising on a wide array of employment-based visa categories, regulatory compliance, best practices, and proactive strategies. You will advise multi-national clients on the development and implementation of complex U.S. immigration programs. This role involves leading and managing a diverse portfolio of employment-based immigration cases, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, and providing customized guidance to meet each client's unique needs. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of attorneys and legal professionals, fostering a high-performing team culture, sharing expertise, and mentoring team members on complex immigration processes. As Of Counsel, you will manage and assign work to other attorneys and business service professionals to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, and utilize advanced technology and resources to streamline case management, reduce processing times, and enhance client service delivery.

Position is a hybrid role, reporting to Ogletree's Denver office 3 days per week.

Job Requirements: Requires a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and license to practice law in any state in the United States. Requires 8 years of experience. Must have some experience in the following skills: Expertise in all nonimmigrant employment-based case @types, including H-1B, TN, Es, Ls; Expertise in all immigration employment-based sponsorship, including PERM and EB-1 filings; Experience using case management software (INSZoom, LawLogix, or Docketwise) for case tracking, case preparation, and reporting; Experience with high volume caseloads, including overseeing legal staff in casework completion; Experience working with volume immigration programs (1000+ sponsored employees), including supervising casework, supporting client reporting procedures, and monitoring service level agreements.

Wage Range: $230,000 - $310,000 per year. Benefits include Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance.
