We are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor for our Westbury facility. You will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of Westbury Customer Service. Supporting and coaching customer service representatives to ensure they are working efficiently. Working as part of a team to provide a high level of customer satisfaction. Servicing customers in their respective territory by processing their requests for quotation, purchase orders, blanket agreements and other information requested.

Your Responsibilities:

Supervise daily activities of the team ensuring all work is processed in a timely manner accurately and within department guidelines Provide training, support and coaching to customer service representatives Follow purchase order review when processing quotes/ orders/blanket orders/consignment orders confirming all information is accurate and up to date. Taking ownership of orders until shipped and invoiced. Maintain customer contact information, quotations, order confirmations, complaints and any relevant customer communication in CRM Process customer complaints ensuring a timely solution in line with customer satisfaction Process weekly open order reports with up-to-date comments ensuring timely delivery to customers. Documented confirmation to customers in advance of any potential issue or delivery delay Provide quarterly review/update of department processes and procedures Participate in all company audits Perform other duties as required

Your Profile:

Business degree preferred Min 5 years Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment Strong communication skills Strong computer skills Strong attention to detail Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask Strong verbal and written communication Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and with little oversight
