Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Office / Accounting Specialist to oversee financial and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, proficiency with QuickBooks (or similar software), and advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

Process Payroll in compliance with company and regulatory standards

Prepare and file Federal and State Tax Reports

Handle Sales and Excise Tax Reporting

Assist with Job Estimates and project cost tracking

Perform Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations

Support Financial Budgeting and Forecasting

Provide Customer Service to clients and vendors

Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

Proficiency in QuickBooks or equivalent accounting software

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, payroll, and office administration

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
