OBXtek is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant at Scott AFB in Illinois.

This position will be part of an on-site support team for the day-to-day operations and management support. Tasks involved will entail the following:

Performs various functions and special projects relating to the

administration of executive support

Based on good management practices and administrative processes,

advises on the support in operations, personnel, and resource management

Screens incoming communications including correspondence, calls,

messages and visitors

Conducts independent research, studies, analyses, evaluations, and

assessments for coordinating staff actions and making appropriate recommendations

Nature of the work is sensitive and sometimes controversial that

requires the individual t to have the full trust and confidence of the customer

Maintains knowledge and awareness of the customer\'s views, goals,

and procedures in carrying out assignments independently

Undertakes critical and sensitive studies on any aspect of the

office support functions or programs, providing critical background information, assessments, and recommendations for policy decisions

Stays thoroughly informed on the missions, organizational structure,

key personnel, status of current projects, along with any issue of responsibility for the customer

Qualifications:

CLEARANCE: SECRET

Mission support and admin functions as directed by customer.
