What You’ll Be Doing As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll be working directly with clients to support their emotional and behavioral health. You’ll help carry out treatment plans, cheer on progress, and work side-by-side with counselors and other professionals. If you love helping people and want a job that makes a real impact—this could be a great fit!

Some of the things you'll do:

Get to know clients through conversation, observation, and interviews
Help put behavioral treatment plans into action
Track client progress and help keep treatment on the right path
Work with our awesome team to plan next steps
Keep families in the loop and provide support
Use your organization, communication, and tech skills to make it all happen

You’re already certified as an RBT (or working toward it!)
You’re patient, positive, and ready to learn
You can stay organized and manage your time well
You enjoy working with people and being part of a supportive team
You care about making a difference in someone’s life
