Comprehensive Enrollment & Lifecycle Assistance:

Assist with the full student lifecycle from initial enrollment

through driver\'s license completion in a high-volume environment.

Assist students with all administrative steps, including

documentation, payment processing, and progress tracking.

Facilitate in-person registration sessions and provide detailed

consultations regarding program options and company policies.

Execute and review legal and payment documentation, such as binding

enrollment agreements and liability waivers, in accordance with Illinois state regulations.

Create, update, and maintain digital student records within the

company management system, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing.

Logistical Support & Scheduling:

Serve as the primary point of contact for complex appointment

scheduling between students and instructors.

Organize driving lesson schedules from initial sessions through

completion of required training hours, handling frequent changes and time-sensitive requests.

Communicate proactively with students regarding schedule updates,

reminders, and lesson plan changes.

Resolve scheduling conflicts, last-minute cancellations and

instructor reassignments in a fast-paced environment to ensure high student satisfaction and adherence to school policies.

State Exam & Regulatory Support:

Assist students in scheduling official driving exams with the

Illinois Secretary of State (SOS) once training is complete.

Review student records, training logs, and necessary documentation

prior to official Road Test dates to ensure compliance.

Ongoing Student Support:

Provide continuous monitoring and support, resolving issues such as

weather-related schedule changes or personal conflicts.

Inform students of complementary programs or advanced courses suited

to their needs upon completion of core training.

Handle multiple student inquiries simultaneously, ensuring accurate

information is provided while maintaining efficiency in clients assistance.
