We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Financial Services Support (FSS) and Client Relations Center (CRC) departments. This administrative role supports the FSS/CRC Director, handles client inquiries, and assists financial representatives with daily operations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail who thrives both independently and in a team.

This is a full-time, in office position with no remote work option.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Client and Advisor Service Support:**

Addresses service requests for all Northwestern Mutual products.

Maintains client data and supports departmental transitions.

Updates client service and account records and sends correspondence.

Advisor Service Support:**

Confirms Advisors appointments and resolves service issues.

Maintains compliant client files and monitors underwriting requirements.

Prepares documents for client delivery and assists with onboarding new investment accounts.

Business Operations:

Provides administrative support to the Client Relations Director, including data management and departmental inquiries.

Qualifications Required:**

Commitment to professional development, including Life/DI licensing and Series SIE, 7, 63

Strong customer relationship and service skills.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

High attention to detail and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in a professional office setting.

Ability to embrace and adapt to change effectively.
