Job Duties This position primarily works with adult male clients in detoxification and inpatient substance use disorder treatment services at Northland Recovery Center.

CNA Technicians on the Detox & Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment team are a vital part of our medical and mental health care team at Northland Recovery Center. This position supports clients through detoxification and residential treatment services while helping maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment.

Responsibilities Include:

Assisting in providing program services to clients at Northland Recovery Center

Monitoring and observing clients during detoxification services

Medication administration within scope of position and training

Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment

Supporting client safety, structure, and daily programming

Completing accurate and timely documentation

Working collaboratively with nursing and counseling staff

Minimum Education Required Nurse Aide Certification

TMA preferred

Minimum Experience Required Must be at least 18 years of age

Ability to pass a State of Minnesota background study

Valid driver's license with a good driving record

Responsible, mature, and self-motivated

Strong verbal and written communication skills
