Position Overview

Northern Garden Supply is seeking a reliable and skilled Installer to join our growing team. This role focuses on the installation of commercial/residential greenhouse and agricultural structures for a wide range of clients, including commercial projects, schools, and Washington/Oregon correctional facilities. Installers play a key role in ensuring projects are built safely, accurately, and to the high durability standards Northern Garden Supply is known for.

Pay

$18--$30 per hour, depending on experience and skill level

Key Responsibilities**

Install greenhouse and agricultural structures according to plans and specifications

Assemble steel framing, panels, poly coverings, doors, vents, and accessories

Use hand tools, power tools, lifts, and basic construction equipment safely

Read and interpret basic drawings, layouts, and measurements

Work as part of a crew to meet project timelines and quality standards

Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

Follow all safety policies, site rules, and client-specific requirements

Washington & Oregon prison and correctional facility builds

Required Qualifications

Construction, installation, or trade experience preferred

Ability to safely operate hand and power tools

Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Strong attention to detail and workmanship

Reliable transportation to the shop and job sites

Clean driving record required

Must follow all job site safety and security protocols
