Local, very popular restaurant/bar is seeking experienced, personable, and dependable Servers to join its team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of serving experience in a busy restaurant and/or bar environment. Candidates with catering or banquet service experience are also strongly encouraged to apply.

Servers are responsible for providing attentive, professional, and efficient service while creating a welcoming dining experience for guests. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tables, and working collaboratively with other front- and back-of-house staff.

Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, professional customer service. Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar. Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, beverages, and available selections. Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently. Check on guests throughout their dining experience and respond promptly to requests. Handle multiple tables and priorities effectively during busy service periods. Process guest checks and payments accurately. Maintain clean, organized, and properly prepared tables and service areas. Work cooperatively with bartenders, kitchen staff, hosts, management, and other team members. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol-service requirements.

Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of serving experience in a restaurant and/or bar setting. Experience working in a busy, fast-paced restaurant environment preferred. Catering, banquet, or event-service experience is a plus and candidates with this background are encouraged to apply. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers. Ability to multitask and remain organized during high-volume service. Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to remain professional and attentive under pressure. Availability to work scheduled shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
