The Benefits Specialist at Nom Nom plays a vital role in supporting daily P&O operations and benefits support across both corporate and production environments. This position works closely with the P&O Team to ensure smooth execution of our benefits processes, communications, and associate engagement initiatives. You'll serve as a key point of contact for associates, new hires, and vendors, delivering high-quality P&O customer service and benefits support with professionalism and discretion. This role also includes responsibilities in learning administration, entry-level recruitment, and P&O administration support.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance on benefit programs, coordinate with vendors and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance and accessibility

Provide support for benefits-related inquiries, annual enrollment, and leave tracking.

Serve as the first point of contact for associates and new hires, resolving inquiries and escalating issues as needed to support our P&O function.

Assist with entry-level recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires

Organize site-wide engagement activities, holiday events, team-building sessions, and recognition programs.

Serves as the primary contact for associates on system and policy inquiries, resolving basic issues and escalating when needed; provides feedback-based recommendations to site leadership to enhance associate relations and engagement.

Manage donation activities, community engagement efforts, and associate engagement activities.

Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including orientation scheduling and documentation.

Liaise with vendors to ensure compliance with site procedures and maintain high service standards.

Act as a superuser for P&O systems including NetSuite, Paycom, and Notion.

Ensure accurate and timely P&O and Benefits transactions and data entry.

Assist with P&O audits and ensure alignment with legal and organizational standards.

Support additional P&O projects and provide coordination across departments as needed.

Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive information and personnel matters.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience

3-5 years of experience in HR administration or office management

Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and spreadsheet tools
