Summary of Position

Niles Shared Services, LLC is a privately held and financially strong industrial services company that prides itself on the safety of its workers. Niles is looking for a full-time Strategic Account Manager. The purpose of the Strategic Account Manager -- Food & Beverage position is to create long-term relationships with the assigned portfolio of accounts (both existing and new) in the defined territory or as assigned.In doing so, growing the complement of business services provided by Niles Enterprises to the accounts including, but not limited to, coatings, linings, scaffolding, fluid applied restoration roof coatings and scaffolding. Niles Industrial Coatings has access to several specialized solutions for the lining of beverage tanks including brewing, juices, wine, etc., an initial focus to seek opportunities in restoration / re-linings and repair will be a requirement in the position. Furthermore, the Strategic Account Manager -- Food & Beverage will promote partner / vendor supplier products as necessary to meet the account / customer requirements. The Strategic Account Manager -- Food & Beverage serves to understand the customer's demands, devises a plan on how to meet these demands, and generates sales for the company as a result. The Strategic Account Manager -- Food & Beverage will manage the service and sales of customer accounts with duties of analyzing records, developing sales plans and executing programs to gain market share. The Strategic Account Manager -- Food & Beverage will be responsible for building relationships, growing volume, and maintaining the company's existing relationships with a customer or group of customers to ensure a continued working relationship with Niles. The Strategic Account Manager -- Food & Beverage will assist with expanding the services Niles can provide and increase the volume of business already being provided to the customer. The Strategic Account Manager -- Food & Beverage will manage the client account(s) they are assigned to and will serve as the interface between the Customer Service and the Operation's Teams at Niles.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage communication with assigned customers.

Understand customers' corporate structure and decision-making processes.

Contract management as it relates to meeting the requirements of Maintenance Service Agreements (MSA's).

Act as the customers representative inside Niles to ensure that the customer experience is positive and collaborate with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill customers' needs and expectations.

Understand customer requirements and work with Safety and QAQC to ensure all bid criteria are met.

Strategic Account Manager -- Food & Beverage will work with the Estimating Team to bid on projects and develop pricing strategy.

Understand project importance to enhance the customer relationship.

Working closely with the Operations Team at a project level so customer expectations are met/exceeded and anticipate future needs.
