Position Overview

Job Title: LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

Location: Erie, PA 16504

Shifts Available:

12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM -- 7:00 PM | 7:00 PM -- 7:00 AM

8-hour shifts: 7:00 AM -- 3:00 PM | 3:00 PM -- 11:00 PM | 11:00 PM -- 7:00 AM

Employment Type: Full-time or part-time

No weekends option available

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies.

Supervise nursing assistants to ensure high-quality resident care.

Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as required.

Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the nursing team.

Ensure proper documentation of care and treatments provided.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize resident outcomes.

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (in good standing).

Graduate of an accredited LPN program.

Previous experience in long-term care preferred but not required.

Strong communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills.
