Benefits and Leave Management Administrator is responsible for supporting the administration of employee benefits and leave programs while also providing payroll support. This role will serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries about benefits, time off and payroll. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of benefits, and the ability to support employees through the benefits and leave processes.

Senior Network Engineer will be part of an IT infrastructure team that provides the backbone in ensuring the stability of our enterprise network infrastructure. In this role, you'll be responsible for implementing and supporting our LNG Facility location, data center, cloud, and satellite Brownsville office networks that are available and running 24x7. Responsibilities include providing advanced-level support on routing and switching, Palo Alto firewall, Fortinet firewall, Remote Access VPN, SD-WAN, and network segmentation. In this role, you will work with the IT Network Manager, IT Infrastructure Team in conjunction with the IT Cybersecurity Team, to ensure business continuity and service optimization.

Engineer, Instrumentation and Controls (IandC)

-to support long-term operations and maintenance for the Rio Grande LNG facility located near Brownsville, Texas. The successful candidate shall be a technical subject matter expert (SME) in Instrumentation and Controls Engineering with an in-depth understanding of Process Control, Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), and Instrumentation.

Reports to the Manager of Instrumentation and Controls and Electrical Engineering, within the Operations Department, under senior leadership including the Director of Facilities Engineering, Sr. Director of Engineering, and VP of Operations.

Senior member of the IandC engineering team, occasionally backfilling the Manager during absences.

No direct reports but may supervise contractor controls engineers and mentor maintenance technicians.

Collaborates with peer engineers across all facility disciplines.

Mechanical Engineer Static - (Fixed Equipment) to support the long-term operations and maintenance of the Rio Grande LNG facility. The ideal candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in mechanical systems and fixed equipment, bringing deep technical expertise in the design, operation, troubleshooting, and repair of fixed assets. The incumbent will report to the Manager, Asset Integrity and Mechanical in the Operations Department, under the leadership of the Director of Facilities Engineering, Sr. Director of Engineering and Vice President of Operations.

This position is located in Brownsville, TX.

The Engineer, Mechanical (Static) is a senior member of the Asset Integrity and Mechanical engineering team and may be required to backfill the Sr. Engineer during periods of absence.

The role has no direct reports.

Peer level personnel will include other members of the engineering team across all facilities disciplines.

Sr Coordinator Air Testing and Emission Inventory - will play a critical role in the supporting the Air Compliance Manager with respect to air compliance requirements at the Rio Grande LNG Facility. A detail-oriented execution in regulatory writing is essential for success in this position. Candidate must have on-site operational experience on an LNG (preferred) or petrochemical facility, during both commissioning and operations. Must be a self-starter, work and execute high quality work with minimum supervision, and be capable of working under pressure and managing several projects simultaneously.

Sr. Coordinator, RGLNG Water and Waste is responsible for overseeing Rio Grande LNGs environmental compliance program,ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal environmental regulations by conducting audits, inspections, training employees, managing permits, and collaborating with various departments to identify and mitigate environmental risks, ultimately minimizing potential legal and financial consequences related to environmental issues.
