Rate of Pay: $139,318- $149,318 per year

Duties: Conduct quantitative analyses of information involving investment programs or financial data. Coordinate precious metal sales activities. Liaise with and develop relationships with operating regions and banking counterparties. Execute metal sales and ensure proper recording and monitoring of all metal transactions. Administer, evaluate, and improve systems designed to monitor consolidated metal sales activity with commodity market participants. Negotiate financing agreements for precious metals. Prepare quarterly reports and financial analyses. Oversee bank account management process and ensure compliance with SOX and external audit requirements. Manage Foreign Bank Account Reporting process and provide monthly executive reporting.

Telecommuting is permitted, but applicants must live within reasonable commuting distance.

Requirements: Position requires Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, and experience in a related occupation (3 years with Master's or 5 years post-bachelor's progressive experience with Bachelor's). Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.

Must include some experience in each of the following:

Overseeing financial activities within precious metals markets, including sales methodologies.

Cash flow management and entity funding, cash forecasting, know-your-customer and anti-money laundering compliance, financial instrument trading, payment execution and oversight, and reporting.

Cash and deal accounting in SAP S4 Hana and City Financials.

Global general ledger management using SAP and BPC for account review and analysis.

Working with and reviewing SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q and 10-K.

Using City Financials to manage ore and concentrate gold and silver sales.
