Bookkeeper or Accountant

Are you an experienced bookkeeper or accountant with excellent skills and work habits looking for a rewarding part-time job in Kent, Washington (East Hill)? Responsibilities

Record daily financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

Prepare and email accurate invoices, and follow up as needed

Track renewals

Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts

Support payroll processing

Prepare financial reports for management

File selected state and local quarterly taxes

Maintain organized financial records and documentation

What We're Looking for

Proven bookkeeping experience (or relevant accounting background)

Proficiency with QuickBooks Online

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications and Requirements

An associate's degree in accounting or other formal bookkeeping training

At least three years of on-the-job bookkeeping or accounting experience

Two+ years of experience using QuickBooks Online doing bookkeeping for a business

Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Word, and email; Google Sheets experience a plus

Work two to three days a week in person in Kent, WA (East Hill), averaging about 10 hours per week
