Position Summary

The Metal Stamping Production Associate is responsible for operating stamping presses and related equipment to produce high-quality metal components. This role ensures that production goals are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate metal stamping presses and auxiliary equipment

Load and unload materials and parts into machines

Inspect parts for quality and conformance to specifications

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

Accurately complete production documentation and reports

Communicate equipment or quality issues to supervisors promptly

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent\ Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing or stamping environment preferred\ Skills:

Ability to read and interpret work instructions and part drawings

Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical ability to stand, lift, and move materials throughout the

shift

Working Conditions

Exposure to noise, machinery, and moving parts

Standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs

May require overtime or weekend shifts based on production needs
