WHAT YOULL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE

This position will include multiple functions in support of the Harvest department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing administrative functions. To perform this job successfully, individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The responsibilities and requirements listed below are representative of knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Prepare various reports/forms for managers/supervisors.

Distribute and record safety training topics to supervisors/ managers.

Input Data into departmental safety intranet site.

Assist in maintaining UKG time accounting (employee hours/sick time/vacation).

Assist in generating open work orders needed for maintenance groups.

Update and post weekly weekend schedules.

Process work orders, labor hours into JDE.

Assist in the work order closure process.

Input weekly meter readings into JDE.

Provide customer service support when necessary.

Coordinate Meetings and special events.

Perform other clerical duties as needed, such filing and collating.

Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

Required Skills and Abilities:

Effective oral and written communication skills

Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials.

Establishing priorities and meeting deadlines

Ability to work with individuals at all levels.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Valid drivers license with clean driving record

Bilingual- Fluent in Spanish, ability to read, write and speak.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in a fast paced, high volume food production/manufacturing facility

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment with frequent interruptions.

Ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, climb, kneel, crouch, reach and twist.

Operate office equipment which requires repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard.

Ability to package items, lift, push, pull and/or carry boxes up to 30 lbs.

Ability to ascend and descent ramps, steps, ladders, stairs using three-point contact

1st Shift - 7:00 AM to 4:00PM Overtime and Weekends, may be mandatory based on business needs. Rotating workday/time off schedules may be mandatory depending on department/business needs as well.
