Position Summary Company is seeking a highly capable and experienced Supply Chain Generalist to provide supplemental support across Procurement, Logistics, and Warehouse Operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to manage diverse responsibilities with precision, efficiency, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and operational excellence. The Supply Chain Generalist will work to ensure seamless supply chain performance. This role requires a versatile individual capable of handling diverse responsibilities across multiple functions, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and excellent stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement

This role will include light purchasing duties in a formal ERP system.

Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with company policies.

Monitor and follow up on outstanding orders to ensure timely fulfillment.

Communicate with business units and vendors to address needs and resolve unexpected issues.

Freight Logistics

Inbound freight logistics is a core responsibility in this role. We expect the successful candidate to offer the following, at a minimum.

Create shipment bookings and ensure alignment with work schedules.

Expedite shipments with carriers to meet operational deadlines.

Facilitate customs clearance and compliance with all applicable regulations.

Verify and submit shipment documentation for accuracy.

Review and validate carrier billing invoices, ensuring proper cost coding for payment processing.

Maintain and strengthen professional relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and related service providers.

Warehouse Operations

Support the Warehouse Superintendent in the reporting of various warehouse operations

Contribute to improving the end-user experience.

Monitor and report warehouse technology performance.

Review and validate warehouse data and reports.

Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of verifiable supply chain experience within St. Croix.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under minimal supervision.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel preferred.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven self-starter with a commitment to accuracy and operational efficiency

High school diploma or equivalent is required; post-secondary education is preferred.
