Responsible for being a key point of contact to improve business competitiveness, assuring continuity of existing programs and attracting new ones with existing and new customers to meet the organization's short and long term sales goals; function as key point of contact between Nemak and OEM purchasing/engineering communities on product sourcing to develop commodity strategies; participate in the establishment of product pricing criteria through understanding financial scope of multiple programs, delivery scheduling and new program launch timing matters; maintain strong business relationships with all key OEM contacts in order to respond quickly to product sourcing changes, new programs being planned and any supply issues that arise; utilize account management, business case analysis, financial analysis, capacity analysis, forecasting, ISO/TS 16969 analysis & interpretation, OEM processes & forms, OEM terms, conditions & guidelines, OEM systems & portals, Lean Manufacturing, project management, and Six Sigma to perform duties; define best approach to solve daily issues based on customer knowledge about their organization, procedures, staff, systems and terms; dispute issues based on customer s Terms and Conditions or guidelines (obsolescence, cancellation claims, payment terms, lifetime, inventories, incoterms, packaging, operational capacity working pattern and tooling); manage plants' contracted capacities and forecasts based on customer and third-party information to advise on short/long term strategies per commodity; present technical reviews to customer for new programs and engineering changes; attend and support customer/industry events as well as on-site customer audits to assist in commercial discussions; align part and tooling payment issues triggered by customer or country regulations; challenge internal quotes to guarantee an acceptable but profitable offer to our customers; track metal raw material market to support shifting prices; present quote business case scenarios to Management while guaranteeing all required assumptions are included; provide Nemak management with updates on OEM sourcing trends, competitor actions and customer assessments of Nemak's performance from the customer perspective; work closely with Nemak's operations personnel regarding customer feedback pertaining to changes in strategy and product quality/delivery concerns; provide timely feedback to customer regarding Nemak issues that could impact product quality/delivery; administer commercial functions such as maintaining accurate pricing lists, quotes, quarterly capacity, contacts, certificates, and discount programs.

Salary: $151,008 per year;

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);

Experience: Three (3) years in the position above, as an Account Manager, as a Commercial Coordinator, as a Commodity & Capacity Buyer, as a Sales Account Manager, as a Sales Administration Leader, as a Sales Specialist, or in a related occupation;
