Position:

Regional Managing Director

Job Duties:

Work closely with the Americas Leadership Team (ALT) to develop and execute new sales and market strategies, support and establish Global Key Accounts and new market segments and seek operational efficiency at different sites. D

evelop strategic plans to ensure profitable revenue growth for the Sub - Region. Set KPIs and develop strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives. Evaluate and adjust business models, plans and strategies according to changing business needs, market, and competitive positions. Work closely with the ALT and Group to identify and make necessary investment proposals. Manage the profitability of the sales and sourcing organizations through customer profitability analysis and expense budgeting. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of operations, sales, costs, and results for the Sub-Region and sites. Oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets. Analyze and identify acquisitions partners, which would provide a synergy with existing NEFAB business. Quantify and recommend to Group management. Research regional markets for prospective new customers. Identify potential markets, prioritize, and develop strategies to penetrate. Deploy Groups sustainable strategy in South Central and drive the plan to reduce CO2 emissions both in our own backyard and in our customers supply chains. Build, develop and retain a winning team of entrepreneurial General Managers (Site managers). Provide coaching and development of direct reports to meet business goals and objectives. Develop positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and prospects in the region.

Minimum Education Requirements:

Masters degree in Manufacturing Management, Engineering, Logistics, related industrial area, or foreign equivalent.

Required Related Occupation Experience:

Five (5) years of related experience. This experience must include sales and account management, PandL management and packaging industry experience.

Travel Requirements:

Position requires approximately 45 days annually of domestic travel to locations within Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Louisiana, California and Georgia and approximately 15 days annually of international travel.

Any suitable combination of education, training and experience will be accepted. Experience may be gained concurrently.
