Badlands Human Service Center- Dickinson, ND -Administrative Assistant

We are hiring this position to work hours:10:30am-7:30pm (Monday-Thursday), and Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

Be part of the solution to the behavioral health crisis. As a team member for ND Department of Health and Human Services, you will ensure the most vulnerable have access to a high-quality healthcare system in which prevention works, treatment is effective, and people recover.

As anAdministrative Assistant,you'll welcome callers and walk-ins and connect them to the right resource. You will provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, answering incoming calls, opening and distributing mail, accepting payments, maintaining electronic communication and other general functions and duties as assigned.

To be considered for this position,you are required to have a high school diploma or GED and three years of experience performing a variety of complex office support, clerical, or secretarial work. Additional education with major coursework in office support or business may substitute for up to two years of experience on a year-for-year basis.

This position requires a valid drivers license and successful completion of the assigned defensive driving course during new-hire orientation.
