Job Description:

Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.

Assist in managing staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.

Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Assist in monitoring inventory levels and manage cash handling processes to ensure financial accuracy.

Collaborates with culinary teams to create innovative menu offerings that align with customer preferences.

Maintains compliance with health and safety regulations while promoting cleanliness throughout the establishment.

Assist in analyzing financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to achieve business goals.

Assist in building strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality ingredients are sourced effectively.

Lead by example in all areas by becoming the expert in all aspects of the restaurant.

Qualifications/Requirements/Skills:

Must be, at least, 18 years of age due to Company's Policy and Insurance purposes.

Must have a current Food Managers card. (Can obtain after hire)

Must have knowledge and ability to execute NGE Standards.

Able to operate a personal computer using Windows and Microsoft Office Software.

Have full knowledge of Restaurant 365 (R365) Software.

Able to operate standard office equipment, including copier, @typewriter, and fax machine.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, preferably.

Have knowledge of service and food and beverage operations, generally involving at least one year of

front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house operations and/or assistant management positions. (Preferred)

Workweek Details: Part Time; Shift Will Vary; Possible Shifts:

10-hour shift, 12-hour shift, Day shift, Evening shift, Morning shift, Night shift

Background requirements:

Candidates must pass drug screen and background check. (Convictions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. However, company policy does not permit the employment of candidates with some classes/@types convictions.)
