Position Overview :

The Equipment, Facilities, and Building Maintenance Technician is a cross-functional player, reporting to the Plant Manager and working closely with production and quality control.

Their mission is to ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of preventive and corrective maintenance operations within their scope in order to guarantee and optimize the operating time of equipment and installations in accordance with quality, cost, deadline, safety, and environmental objectives, as well as internal procedures.

After a training period on the job, you will be able to:

Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of high-tech industrial equipment (fault diagnosis, preventive and/or corrective actions, disassembly, installation of new equipment)

Manage the maintenance of buildings and facilities (HVAC, electrical systems, fluids), while adhering to OSHA standards and group quality.

Ensure the security, reliability, and operational continuity of the site.

Carry out rigorous reporting, analyze failures, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Identify and monitor faults and machine indicators (uptime, MTBF, drift...)

Draft preventive maintenance procedures based on the complexity of the intervention under the supervision of a more experienced technician.

Fill out intervention tracking documents by recording and reporting incidents.

Identify and communicate needs (spare parts and machine consumables).

Follow maintenance protocols to ensure the safety of maintenance operations in collaboration with the HSE, Method, and Quality teams.

The technician strictly adheres to OSHA standards and participates in risk prevention just like any other employee.

Required qualities

: The position requires technical versatility (electrotechnics, mechanics, automation), adaptability to technological changes, and active participation in continuous improvement.

Advanced use of digital tools (CMMS, IoT, mobile applications) for planning, monitoring, and analyzing interventions, ensuring traceability, compliance, and process

Relations and collaboration
