Description:

We are seeking a motivated and tactful Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. While prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus, it is not required. We are looking for someone with a strong desire to learn, excellent attention to detail, a solid grasp of business math, and the drive to succeed. Requirements:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and support the Outside Sales Team in managing accounts.

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions based on product knowledge and business value.

Coordinate with Operations to provide accurate order status updates.

Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any ongoing needs.

Assist in resolving issues, escalating when necessary, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and tact.

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and tact.

Solid understanding of business math and basic problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and accountable for delivering quality work.

Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and work effectively in a team environment.

Confidence in managing customer interactions and providing solutions.

Schedule:

Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

Office Environment with some light warehouse when needed.
