Qualifications:

2+ years of customer service

Possess strong communication skills and attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Must possess problem-solving ability

Must be reliable and punctual

Have a positive and driven attitude

Experience with CRM systems and best practices

Ability to work under pressure

Ability to multi-task, strong time management

Bilingual is a Plus

Responsibilities:

Onsite, The work schedule is Monday-Thursday 9:30 am - 6 pm, Friday 9:30 am - 5 pm

Handling 40+inbound calls daily

Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Keep record of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback, as this information may be used for analysis and to improve client services

Uploading documents to client files

Evaluating Credit Reports, and advising clients on ways to improve credit scores

Provide accurate and timely information

Resolving customer complaints and inquiries regarding billing

Maintain a high level of client satisfaction thus to maintain client retention

Asking for referrals and reviews

Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly performance goals

Transferring calls internally to existing departments

Pay: $18 Per Hour
