WHAT WE OFFER.

$18 -- $25 per hour starting pay.

Full-time Monday -- Friday position working 8am -- 4:30pm.

WHAT YOU WILL DO. As a Production Technician, you'll play a key role in bringing medical devices across the finish line by:

Performing inspections and accurately documenting results.

Applying specialized secondary processes such as cleaning, blasting, polishing, assembly, epoxy application, and packaging/shipping.

Using precision measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.

Following established procedures and quality requirements (details matter here).

Working safely around manufacturing equipment.

Recording production steps with accurate counts and documentation.

Managing your time well to support production schedules.

Flagging any non-conformities or quality concerns (we want you to speak up).

Contributing ideas for process improvements.

Using manual manufacturing equipment as needed.

Pitching in with other duties as assigned---we're a team, after all.
