[We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for someone with strong accounts payable and accounts receivable experience who enjoys working with financial data and maintaining organized records.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}

[ Key Responsibilities]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}

[- Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}

[- Process vendor invoices, payments, and expense reports]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}

[- Reconcile bank and credit card statements]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}

[- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}

[- Assist with monthly financial close processes]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}

[- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}

[- Proficiency with QuickBooks (preferred) or similar accounting software]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
