Maintain positive ongoing relationships with patients ensuring their satisfaction

Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism.

Multitask and prioritize as necessary to meet customer needs.

Represent the company with integrity and dedication.

Checking in with all subacute new admissions on day 1, day 3, day 7, day 14

Addressing and correcting any and all issues in real time

Tracking and calculating any and all concerns and issues
