Summary: Moret Construction is looking for dedicated Construction Laborers to assist with general labor and site support on commercial and industrial projects around the Alle-Kiski Valley Region. Great entry-level opportunity for motivated individuals wanting to grow in the trades. Starting pay rate is based on experience.

Responsibilities:

Prepare job sites, move materials, and assist skilled tradespeople.

Perform a wide range of general construction tasks, including framing, demolition, site preparation, and finish work.

Operate basic hand and power tools safely.

Perform clean-up, loading/unloading, and general support duties.

Follow safety standards and site procedures at all times.

Requirements:

Construction or labor experience is a plus but not required.

Ensure quality craftsmanship and adherence to project specifications and safety standards.

Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Adapt to various tasks and project requirements as needed.

Willingness to learn and take direction.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors.

Must have a valid driver's License
