We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional individual to serve as the Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director of Student Services. This full-time, year-round position plays a critical role in supporting high-level administrative functions and ensuring the smooth operation of the Student Services department.

Education:

High school diploma required; substantial post-secondary training in office management preferred.

Associate's degree is strongly preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 3--5 years of experience providing secretarial or administrative support in an executive or high-level management office.

Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in modern office technologies, including computer systems, software applications, and high-tech office equipment.

Ability to work independently, manage routine tasks, and handle special projects with minimal supervision.

Strong decision-making skills aligned with organizational procedures and priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with staff, administration, Board members, and the public.

Understanding of public school systems, policies, and procedures is highly preferred.

Flexibility to adjust work hours as needed for meetings, events, or other departmental responsibilities.

Annual Salary: $49,220

Work Hours: 2,090 hours per year
