Construction Crew Member - Module

Module seeks experienced residential construction or modular manufacturing workers (2+ years). You'll work at our indoor Last Mile Facility in Carnegie, Monday--Friday, 7:30 AM--3:30 PM, reporting to the Project Foreman and Chief Product Officer.

Key Requirements:

Ability to read and understand standard residential building plans.

Willingness to learn new skills and cross-train across various homebuilding areas.

Experience needed in one or more of these areas:

Framing & Assembly (floors, walls, ceilings, rigging)

Drywall (hanging, Level 4 finishing)

Painting (prep, prime, paint, caulking)

Plumbing (rough, finish, QA testing)

Electrical (rough, trim, QA testing)

Flooring (LVP installation)

Roofing (underlayment, shingles, vents)

HVAC (ducting, bath fans, ERVs)

Insulation (wall, ceiling, exterior)

Finishing (cabinets, doors, windows, trim, detailed surface work)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. ? Ability to be standing, reaching, and lifting up to 8 hours per day

What We Offer Competitive Salary: We offer a salary package with full-time employment. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity starting with a probationary period to evaluate team fit. Depending on experience and performance, a salary rate of $20.00 - $30.00/hr will be considered.
