QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have excellent skills and hands on experience with QuickBooks, Excel and working with multiple excel spreadsheets.

Required experience in accounts receivables, collections, knowledge of computers and proficient in word.

Knowledge of general accounting practices and procedures.

Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

Excellent analytical and reporting abilities

Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks and work to deadlines

Ability to communicate complex financial information in an easy to understand format

Ability to use mathematical skills for accurate accounting

Computer literacy and IT skills transferable to bookkeeping software

Customer service skills for dealing with clients or suppliers directly

This position actively participates in customer service and assists with front desk coverage.
