12 Construction Helpers ---- needed for permanent, full-time employment.

Job Duties: Help with commercial concrete construction projects year-round. Perform physical construction labor at construction sites using hand/power tools, including air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, shovels, wheelbarrows and measuring equipment. Grade, clear and level sites for construction. Place strengthening materials for concrete and lift/carry and set concrete forms. Construct and install mortarless segmental concrete masonry retaining wall units and similar products. Lift/carry stone, block and related materials. Operate small equipment including tractors, twin-axle vehicles and skid steers. Help prepare patching material and concrete surfaces, patch voids, slabs, walls and patchwork on vertical surfaces. Help remove/replace dirt in trenches, holes and building pads. Clean and prepare sites, dig shallow trenches and dispose of trash, debris and other waste materials. Lubricate, clean and repair machines and equipment and keep equipment clean and maintain equipment storage. Load and unload materials, tools and equipment. Clean and prepare for the project and clean up after projects. During the winter months: Remove snow, ice, and frost from subgrade, footings, base material, and masonry units prior to installation. Use insulation or approved ground-thawing methods when required. Cover newly constructed masonry with insulated blankets or enclosures to prevent freezing.

The employer will provide on-the-job training. The employer will provide all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job at no charge.

Requirements: Must be able to lift and carry up to 80 lbs. Various Worksites: Employer will provide daily transportation to and from the worksite/centralized location to job sites in Adams, Weld, Washington, Morgan, Logan, Lincoln, Jefferson, Gilpin, El Paso, Elbert, Douglas, Denver, Clear Creek, Broomfield, Arapahoe Counties.

Wages/Terms: $22.08/hr., and $33.12

/hr. for OT. 40 hours per week.
